CamDock™ Festool Track Rail Wall Mount Kit

Locking wall storage designed for the compatible Festool track-saw guide-rail profile shown in the product photos.

Move your Festool guide rail off the floor and into a dedicated wall-storage position. CamDock™ uses two wall-mounted bodies and a pair of rotating cam locks to support and retain one compatible Festool track-saw guide rail.

The system can be installed vertically or horizontally. For vertical storage, the included lower stop supports the end of the rail and helps keep it from sliding downward. For horizontal storage, the two main mounts and rotating locks hold the rail at two separated points without using the lower stop.

The mount geometry is designed around the Festool guide-rail profile shown in the product photos. The two rotating cam locks open for rail placement and turn into position to retain the rail against the wall-mounted bodies.

• 2 × M5 × 25 mm flat-head screws
• 2 × M5 nylon-insert lock nuts

• Pan-head M4 wood screws or other mounting hardware appropriate for the wall material and expected load

A longer wall screw is required at the lower mount when the vertical stop is installed.

Festool rail profiles can vary between product lines and generations. Compare your exact guide rail with the product photos before purchase. Compatibility with non-Festool guide rails has not been confirmed.

Installation and Use

Install the two main bodies on a structurally suitable wall with sufficient separation to support the guide rail. Assemble each rotating cam lock with one M5 × 25 mm flat-head screw, one M5 washer, and one M5 nylon-insert lock nut, leaving the cam free to rotate.

For vertical storage, install the lower stop with the bottom mount and use a wall fastener long enough for the added stop thickness. Place the guide rail into both mounts and rotate both cam locks into the retaining position.

For horizontal storage, install the two main mounts at suitable support points and leave the lower vertical stop unused. Confirm that both cam locks are fully engaged before leaving the rail in storage.

Periodically inspect the printed parts, cam hardware, and wall fasteners for movement, cracks, wear, or damage.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor surface layer lines are normal due to the manufacturing process and do not affect normal function.
