Designed for the DeWalt DCS391N-XE circular saw, this fitted PETG accessory adds a rear extraction port where the saw does not include one from the factory. It helps direct sawdust toward a connected extraction setup for a cleaner workshop and jobsite workflow.

The integrated connection is designed around the DeWalt AirLock ecosystem for fast connection to a compatible dust-extraction setup. The adapter mounts to the saw using two screws and a 1.5 mm packer or washer.

Please verify the exact model number on your tool before purchase. The source design is not compatible with the differently shaped DeWalt DCS565 body.

Installation Notes

Position the extraction port on the saw. Place the 1.5 mm packer or washer between the saw frame at the M4 mounting location and the printed part, then secure it with the M4 × 20 mm screw.

Install the rear M5 × 10 mm screw as a stabilizer to help limit vertical movement. Do not overtighten the rear screw.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor surface layer lines are normal due to the 3D-printing process and do not affect intended use. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your saw and dust-extraction equipment.
