StackTrack™ T-Loc Guide Rail Carrier

Two-piece PETG storage system designed to carry a compatible guide rail alongside a Systainer T-Loc I–V stack.

Turn a compatible T-Loc box stack into a dedicated guide-rail transport station. StackTrack™ uses one upper holder and one lower holder to keep the rail aligned vertically beside the boxes instead of carrying it separately.

The lower holder attaches to the bottom box while the upper holder attaches to the upper box. Their aligned open channels receive the guide rail from above. Integrated hook-shaped interfaces connect the printed parts to the compatible T-Loc box features shown in the product photos.

The selected product set contains two printed parts. The lower component includes five circular relief openings, while the upper component uses a continuous reinforced body. Together, they create one top-and-bottom rail-support system.

Compatibility

Designed for Systainer T-Loc box stacks using sizes I through V and the compatible guide-rail profile shown in the product photos.

Guide-rail profiles and Systainer generations can vary. Compatibility with SYS3 cases, non-T-Loc cases, or other rail profiles has not been confirmed. Compare your exact boxes and guide rail with the product photos before purchase.

Installation and Use

Attach the lower printed holder to the compatible interface on the bottom box and the upper holder to the compatible interface on the upper box. Align the open rail channels vertically, then slide the compatible guide rail into the two holders from above.

Confirm that both printed holders are fully engaged with the boxes and that the guide rail is seated in both channels before moving the stack. Periodically inspect the holders and box interfaces for movement, cracks, damage, or wear.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor surface layer lines are normal due to the manufacturing process and do not affect normal function.
