BevelLift™ 15° Guide-Rail Stand for Festool & Makita

A fixed-angle support for extended plunge-saw bevel setups.

BevelLift™ positions a compatible Festool or Makita guide rail at a fixed 15° incline. When paired with a plunge or track saw set to a 45° bevel, the stand is designed to extend the combined cutting setup up to 60°.

The long tapered base supports the guide rail while the separate printed knob and nut-carrier block form the rail-locking assembly around user-supplied M6 hardware. Elongated openings in the base provide locations for securing the setup with suitable carpenter's clamps.

Printed in PETG for workshop use, BevelLift™ provides a dedicated fixed-angle solution for cuts beyond the saw's standard 45° bevel range.

Use and Safety

Follow the saw and guide-rail manufacturer's instructions. Confirm that the stand, guide rail, M6 locking hardware, clamps, and workpiece are fully secured before use. Check blade and housing clearance throughout the intended bevel range, and perform setup adjustments with the tool disconnected from power.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor surface layer lines are normal due to the 3D-printing process and do not affect intended use.
