Turn square hardwood or softwood stock into round custom dowels using a compatible table saw setup. This compact jig system combines one fence-mounted base with five interchangeable sizing templates, giving experienced woodworkers a practical way to create matching dowels from shop offcuts and project lumber.

The compact base secures to a suitable table saw fence with an external clamp. Each template block locks into the base and guides one supported dowel size. After cutting, light sanding may be required to achieve the desired surface finish and final fit.

This is an advanced table saw accessory intended only for experienced woodworkers who are already comfortable with table saw setup, alignment, work holding, and power-tool safety.

Compatibility

Designed for table saw setups that allow the jig base to be securely clamped to the fence and correctly aligned with the blade.

Table saw fences, blade positions, clearances, and safety systems vary. Verify your complete setup before purchase and before every use. This compact version is intended for everyday shop-length work; it is not the larger extended model with integrated dust collection for extra-long dowels.

Use and Safety Warning

WARNING: This is an advanced table saw jig intended for experienced woodworkers only. It is not suitable for beginners.

Thoroughly understand the operating method and your table saw manufacturer's safety instructions before use. Do not use this jig if you are not fully comfortable with table saw safety, alignment, work holding, and feed control.

Incorrect alignment, direct contact between a PETG template and the saw blade, excessive friction, or forcing stock through an overly tight opening can generate heat and damage or melt the template. Keep the jig correctly aligned, verify adequate clearance, and stop immediately if any component shifts, binds, contacts the blade, becomes damaged, or shows heat deformation.

Inspect the jig, clamp setup, template, stock, blade clearance, and surrounding work area before every operation. Use at your own risk.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor layer lines and surface variations are normal due to the manufacturing process and do not affect normal use when the jig is correctly installed and operated.
