Tilt-Pressure Featherboard Set for Bosch GTS 10 XC

Add controlled side and downward pressure to your Bosch GTS 10 XC table saw setup with a modular two-featherboard system built for experienced woodworkers.

The set combines one table-mounted featherboard assembly with one fence-mounted featherboard assembly. Slightly tilted feather fingers help press the workpiece toward the table while supporting consistent contact during the cut. The fence-mounted unit can be adjusted vertically and toward the blade so pressure can be positioned for the current workpiece and setup.

Modular extension components let each assembly be configured for the task while printed adjustment knobs make setup changes practical in the workshop. The rigid printed components are produced in PETG for everyday shop use.

Before use, verify that every printed component, screw, nut, washer, clamp interface, adjustment knob, fence connection, and track connection is correctly installed and secure. Confirm that the featherboards apply appropriate pressure without binding the workpiece or interfering with the blade, blade guard, fence, insert, or stock path.

Stop using the product immediately if any printed part is cracked, loose, distorted, worn, heat-damaged, or unable to remain securely positioned. Never use the featherboards as a substitute for the saw's guards, push tools, personal protective equipment, or safe operating practices.

Important Note

This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor layer lines and surface variations are normal due to the manufacturing process and do not affect normal function when the product is correctly assembled and used.
