TrueEdge™ Multi-Angle Sanding Guide
Controlled edge sanding with dedicated 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° guide options.
Keep your random-orbit sander supported at a consistent angle while working along board edges. This PETG sanding guide provides a broad reference surface against the workpiece, helping reduce rocking and improving control during bevel and square-edge sanding.
Each angle uses its own dedicated guide geometry. Choose the 30°, 45°, 60°, or 90° version required for your project. The adjustable clamp secures the sander body, while the front handle provides a stable second-hand pressure point during use.
Features
- Dedicated Angle Options: Separate 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° guide variants.
- Controlled Edge Sanding: The guide rides against the board face to help maintain the selected sanding angle.
- Front Support Handle: Provides an additional hand position for steady, even pressure.
- Adjustable Sander Clamp: Two M6 bolts, washers, and nuts secure the clamp around the compatible sander body.
- Intentional Clamp Gap: A 1–2 mm gap between the clamp and base allows the mounting hardware to apply clamping force without the printed pieces bottoming out.

Compatibility
Designed and tested using a DeWalt random-orbit sander. Similar-sized palm sanders may fit, but compatibility with other brands and models has not been confirmed.
Please verify your sander's body style and fit before purchase. No specific DeWalt model number is claimed for this listing.
Assembly Notes
Fit the printed clamp around the compatible sander body and secure it using the two M6 bolts, washers, and nuts. Attach the front handle using the No. 8 wood screw.
Do not attempt to eliminate the intentional 1–2 mm gap between the clamp and base. The gap allows the hardware to provide the required clamping force.
Important Note
This is a 3D-printed workshop accessory. Minor surface layer lines are normal due to the 3D-printing process and do not affect intended use. Confirm that the sander is securely mounted before operation and always follow the safety instructions supplied with your power tool.
